Linh Van Deibel, Founder
Before founding Acacia Partners, Linh built her career across banking, private equity and operations. As the daughter and granddaughter of small business owners, Linh developed a deep appreciation for hard work and close-knit team culture, inspiring her lifelong commitment to empowering small businesses.
Supporting others has always been at the heart of Linh’s journey. For the past two decades, she has helped high-school students worldwide gain admission to their dream universities and currently serves as an Admissions Ambassador at the University of Pennsylvania.
Based in London, Linh enjoys tennis, yoga, gardening, and time with her family.

As co-founder of Acacia Partners, Leo brings two decades of experience across Strategy & Operations and Private Equity.
He is based in London and has a strong interest in geopolitics.
